Plumbeeze 1/2" Nylon Insert Tee. It is used to provide a branch supply line from a main line of poly pipe. These fittings are for cold water applications only and can be used underground and above ground for water service and agriculture uses. NSF approved. Nylon insert fittings are tougher and will absorb shock better than poly insert fittings. Use stainless steel hose clamps to join fitting to pipe. Insert fittings are used with PE (polyethylene) pipe in buried cold water applications only, such as irrigation, residential lawn sprinkler systems, water service pipe, and swimming pool installations. Meets ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) D2609 and is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) listed. Insert fittings join to PE pipe with stainless steel clamps.
